Shipping policy

At Vencera, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

High-volume seasons may cause slight delays.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • USA: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times may vary based on your location, customs, and carrier delays — these are outside of our control.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 2–4 days to update.


4. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Vencera is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at [your email].


5. Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Vencera is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For missing deliveries, contact your local carrier with your tracking number.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges vary by country and are not included in your order price.


7. Delayed Orders

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or peak seasons are not eligible for refunds.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Contact us immediately after ordering if you need a change.
