At Vencera, customer satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless you contact us first by email.

To request a refund or return:

  1. Email us at [your email] within 14 days of your package arriving.

  2. State your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting photos if applicable.

  3. If approved, we will provide you with a return address.

  4. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  5. Wear and tear items will not be accepted!
  6. No full refunds.

 

Important:

  • Refund requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Unauthorized returns without emailing us first will not be processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
